CFL Glue Baking Line:

1.     General Requirements of the Line:

1.1   Type: BLX-II type cycling chain. Straight type.

1.2  Total Length of the Line : (accord to customer requirment), lamp insert on section: M, lamp take away section: M. Cooling section : M.

1.3   Width of the Line: 1174mm.

1.4   Height of the Line : Working surface : 700 – 750mm, height of drying box : 500mm.

1.5   Speed of the line : 0.2—2m, transducer to adjust the speed.

1.6   Medium of conveyor : C212 type chain.

2.     Structure Requirements of the Line :

2.1   Whole line uses 30*40mm pipe as the frame, the chain is C212 type chain plate.

2.2   The inner wall of high temperature room uses stain-less steel plate, the outer wall uses cold iron.

2.3   Heating uses electrical heating type, stain-less steel pipe, solid type relay automatic controlled, There are three section temperature control, it’s automatic controlled and indicate numbers.

2.4   There are 3 rows of heating pipe, pointing at the position of cementation. Equipping stir fans upper.

2.5  The high temperature door equips cooling structure.

2.6   There are two groups emergency stop machines equips at the machine head, they can stop and set-up again.

2.7   There is one set of fixture reback line equips at side, it’s belt structure.

2.8   Supplier should offer three phrases 380V, 50HZ, 50KW power.

2.9  The line uses transducer , motor. One set of total controlling box, the switch of controlling box is high quality. The wire of controlling box is high temperature wire. ( about 180 C ).

2.10 There is one piece of socket at each side of machine head.
