The FS is a Flexible Conveyor. Conveyor screw and external pipe can be bent without any negative effect on the function. The external pipe is manufactured from elastomer or stainless steel, whereas the screw consists of a number of spring. The flight segments are enclosed by a metallic spiral and supported by a steel wire core. The inlet zone consists of a rectangular shaped spout with incorporated upper connection flange. The material conveyed is expelled through the upper part of the conveyor into an inclined metal shoe outlet. The screw is suspended by the drive unit mounted above the outlet.
