Rubber conveyor belt application:
The rubber conveyor belt shall be electrostatic prevention belt or ordinary belt. The line support can adopt alumina or steel structure. The line can realise straight convey, turning, upslope or downslope convey as well as continuous convey, interval convey, convey at adjustable speeds by the support of control system. The rubber conveyer belt can be used under ambient temperature of -20°C~+40°C and the temperature of materials shall be below 50°C.
Rubber conveyor belt maintenance:
1. Check all the fasteners and make sure that no one is loosened.
2. Clean rubber conveyor belt and make sure it is unbroken. Any broken belt should be changed immediately.
3. Check lubrication oil in motor reducer and make sure that the rubber conveyor belt is under normal condition.
4. Check the tightening condition of the belt conveyor and make it reasonable.
