Information:
1. Standard engineering conditions: dry bulb temperature is 31.5°C, wet bulb temperature is 28°C, atmospheric pressure is 99400Pa, and water inlet is 42°C, water outlet is 32°C.
2. Special packing for inclined stairs & wave type of cooling tower, good performance of heat radiation, low resistance of ventilation, and the square cooling tower owns compact structure so that it occupies small area.
3. Wing type and cancelled structure with large diameter, large area of fan blades; low rotating speed and low motor to make square cooling tower energy conservation and low noise.
4. High efficiency of low noise device set up at inlet/outlet air vent and watering area makes the noise lower 5db (A). than the same level of square cooling tower.
5. Various forms of parallel composition is more suitable for large flow of circulating cooling system.
6. Fixed sprinkler systems, ABS low pressure water spray nozzle which is set up at a low position for saving power.
7. BO-160/45 asymmetric water collection device set on sprinkler pipe which performances excellent water collection, and make the flutter water losses within 0.01%.
8. Material Q-235 or 304 stainless or FRP are choosable for tower frame, and 304/FRP is suitable for cuirculating water of pH<1.0.
9. The cooling tower frame may use the steel reinforced concrete when the flow up to 800M³/H, although this construction’s period is long and cost is high, its usage life is long and maintenance cost is low, customer may choose it according to specific situation.
10. If the turbidity of recycled water over 50ppm for a long-term, or with oil and other impurities, you may need PVC mesh packing or 304 stainless steel hanging plate packing which is suitable for recycled water when turbidity up to 450ppm.
11. Square cooling tower has stable structure, there is an examine and repair platform set up on the top, it is very convenience for examination and maintenance.
