Our company developed a new series of Clad Copper Strips which have high conductivity, and high flexibility.

1. Syntheized High performance : The electric conductivity, strength, and processed performance are
equal or exceeding to the Phosphor Bronze, and Beryllium Copper.
2. Economical : Price of the finished product is lower than that of the other copper alloy which
have same specifications.
3. User friendly : The new Copper Alloy Material can be directly used after shaping, and it is not
necessary to improve hardness via Age Hardening.
4. Low density : Compare to the same size of Phosphor Bronze and Beryllium Copper, weight is lighter.
5. High Elastic Modulus : Better than Phosphor Bronze, and Beryllium Copper.
6. Anti corrosion : Improve the corrosion resistance of surface by using different metal alloy composition.
7. Flexible design : We can partially adjust the function by changing the alloy composition, proportion
to satisfy special functional request of electric-conductivity elasticity, or mechanics properties.
8. Ecological : All the alloy materials that we use are ecological, there is no any negative influence on
the health of human body.
