Rubber tire gantry crane

The crane is adaptable to the ports of inland river, the wharfs, the freight station of railway, the container yard and other loading& unloading activities. It can also be used in special operations with various lifting devices.

Main Features:
1. This tpe of crane consists of bridge structure, traveling mechanism, trolley and electric equipment.
2. The grinder and the supporting legs adopt single box structure, which provide both safety and reliability.
3. Power to the crane is through either cables on winding drum or rigid shapes of steel(angles or tees)(optional).
4. Power to the trolley is through calbes with a newly designed rail.
5. All operations are controled in the cab to provide convenience, flexibility and comfort.
6. All the parts used for the crane are standard.
7. All the electric equipments are installed in the electric cab, to provide convenience for maintanence.

Work principle:
Using industry, times of starting or pushing-on per hour, the practice hour per day(h). It must be marked that light-duty crane, and the times of starting or pushing-on are Gn/10≈80times/h,Gn/2≈40times/h, and Gn/1≈20times/h. When the tempreture is 50°C and grim enviroment, the times should be divided by two.

CAUTION:
1. User should lock the crane in time when the crane stops working.
2. There is no electric wire above the main switch. The crane is NOT allowed to use in the dangerous operating as heated fluid, combustible, explosive, corrosive, overloading, dust etc.
