HOT 1. the picture shows: the assemblely reactor, it contains:

a: pyrolysis reactor, which shows here:

inside of the reactor, there are double sprial plate, which will stir the material when heating,to make the material heating enevtly, shows here:

And all the plate of the reactor is made by standard boiler plate to ensure the reasctor with a long life.

b: the insulation device

the innerside is fireproofing cement , the middle is insulation cutton, the outmost is the plate. the insulation device before assembled shows here:

you can see from the pictures that our machine is insulated all the parts of the reactor, including the middle, the head and the back.

2 the auality control to ensure the long life of the machine.

(1.All the plate is made by the standard boiler plate, when we purchase the plate, the special worker will check the quality of the plate using the specification tools.

(2 , when weld the machine , we do numbered with all the welder, then send iit to the testing machine,using the x-ray machine.

(3 Before loading the machine,we will do the final quality inspection process----heating treatment.
