work principle of Jaw crusher
This series jaw crusher is kind of driving & extruding type,the motor drives the belt and pulley, and makes movable jaw up and down by eccentric shaft, when the movable jaw rises, the angle between toggle plate and movable jaw becomes larger, then push the movable jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate, meanwhile material is squeezed, rubbing, crushing and other multiple broken; when the movable jaw moving down, the angle between toggle plate and movable jaw becomes smaller, and then the movable jaw plate moving far away from the fixed jaw plate under the action of the tension rod and spring . At this time the finished broken materials discharged from the opening of the crushing cavity. With the movable jaw breaking and discharging periodically driven by motor to achieve mass production.

Among the process of Crushing the bulk stone material into small-size stone, the crusher in the first working procedure is called the main crusher. When feeding to the Jaw Crusher, the mateirals are poured from the top inlet into the crushing chamber with jaw plate. The movable plate raises the bulk material up to the fixed jaw plate( chamber wall), with the action of two plates, the materials are crushed into smaller-size stone. The one makes movable jaw plate work is an eccentric shaft, which existed through the whole body frame. And two flywheels fixed on both ends of the shaft make the eccentric motion. While the flywheels and the eccentric shafting bearing are often used with spherical roller bearing. For the working circumstance of the bearing is quite rough: the bearing has to bear huge impact load, wearability sewage, and high temparature. Though the working circumstance is so rough, the jaw crusher still should working reliably. For this is the core part to ensure the production efficiency.
