Operation principles;

Hydraulic cone crusher mainly consists of frame, eccentric bushing, main shaft, driving tank, feeding hopper, separating material plate, rolling motor wall, adjusting device, release cylinder and gears, etc. The adjustment and safety guard are driven by the hydraulic cylinder and oil tank system which locate in the bottom of the main shaft. The rise and fall of the main shaft and crushing cavity was pushed by the increase and decrease of the oil in the hydraulic cylinder. And this process makes the adjustment of the discharging opening come to realize. Besides, the overpower protection is empower by the accumulator equipped with an inert gas.

During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft rotating a revolution by a fixed point through belt, shaft coupling, and countershaft and cone parts. And then enables the crushing cone swings approach and leave the surface of the crushing wall from time to time. Finally the ore will be crushed by impacting, grinding and bending in the cavity.
