Advantages of H Series Cone Crushers

Easier maintenance due to hydro-cone assurance, hydro-locking, hydro-adjustment and hydro-cleaning.

Hydro-pressure is easy to operate, and it is very availably automated. All hydro parts are designed only for locking and tightening function in normal practice of crushing. Without fraction and abrasion, the amount of daily maintenance is quite low. The operation of hydro-motor or hydro-cylinder is button controlled, making the adjustment of minimum setting easy to conduct. Hydro assurance system not only provides enough crushing force, but also the function of tramp release. Abnormal stopping of the machine is also button controlled, that the cleaning system removes hard/iron objects automatically.

 Finer Products size

Thanks to the best combination of crushing rate and eccentric distance, more than 80% of final products are finer than closed side setting, which includes more fine particles. For some customers, the most significance lies in the fine products portion rather than solo carrying capacity. A high portion of fine particles in final products presents obvious effect of more crushing less smashing, which improves performance while reduces power cost greatly.
