Our cone crusher adopts hydraulic pressure locking, overload protection. When some unbreakable foreign materials enter the crushing cavity, the hydraulic systems can gently release the impact force to protect the mainframe and the discharge opening will retrieve after the foreign materials are discharged, avoiding the smothering, If cone crusher is stopped with load, the hydraulic cylinder of double functions clears the materials in the cavity with the maximum clearing stroke and the discharge opening will go back to the original place automatically.
This cone crusher adopts the fixed form of concave and mantle. Its lock is even more reliable. It doesn’t need compounds which will greatly shorten the replacement time. If the customer wants to change the type of the cavity, he can only change the concave and mantle, so that his inputs are maximally utilized.
