Introduction

(vertical shaft impact fine crusher) is offered by our research group based on the construction industry traditional sand making equipment directed at the drawbacks and disadvantages and absorbed the advantages depending on the advanced crushing theory and many tests. It includes the advantages of hammer crusher, impact crusher and reaction crusher but is different from them. So it is the perfect combine of that crusher and it is character extensive use, less wearing, high ratio crushing, convenient to maintenance and so on. And it makes cubic materials, less acicular and schistose materials, so it is especially suitable to materials bettering, sand making. Then it is the ideal equipment in construction industry, cement, and mine selection. 

Working Principle

Two Flange vertical motors are installed in the two sides of the stable pedestal symmetrically. They drive rotor together by the multiple-groove pulley in high speed, and the rotor throw the materials to hit the anvil ring in the tangent direction of the mouth, then the materials is broken.
