The The complete line of stone quarry crushing plant consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen and belt conveyor. The motor vibrating feeder, tansfer rough stone to jaw crusher continuously and evenly, through continuous vibration out from motor. 

The jaw crusher, primary crushing of the rough stone, ie  400mm diameter stone comes to 90mm, jaw crusher handle with all kinds of stone with strength compression no more than 320 MPA, and  over size diameter no more than 1000m. It is best used as primary crushing equiment.

Impact crusher

PF Series impact crushers capable of crushing the minerals and rocks with breaking strength up to 320 MPa, featuring with greater processing capability and finer discharging particles. The crushed products are in rectangular shape with low flakes and no internal cracks. Round vibrating screen

The round vibrating screen with circular motion is specially designed for quarry for regulation stone size after crushing, and is also used as a grading machine in coal dressing, ore dressing, construction material, electric and chemical industries. It has a feature of advanced structure, powerful vibrating forces, low vibration noise, easy maintenance, high durability and etc...

Working mechanism of :

First, raw materials are regularly conveyed into the elementary-crushing machine by the vibrating feeder, then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to impact  fine crusher for secondary crush. The secondary products will be separated into stone of different sizes by the vibrating screen. The parts not satisfying the needs will be returned to the impact crusher for further crush.
