2.Introduction

Outdoor facade material is coated with fluorocarbon paint, with chromites pretreatment, and then coating with fluorocarbon paint.

The fluorocarbon has outstanding anti-corrosion and weathering resistance, performs well in resisting acid rain, salt fog and various pollutants with best feature in resisting cold and heat, and can resist intensive UV-light.

Outdoor wall can use clean sheets, ceramics, anodized aluminum sheets etc., they have the same or better performance in weathering resistance as fluorocarbon aluminum.

We use high quality aluminum panel manufactured by domestic and foreign company as raw materials.

The thickness of aluminum panel varies from 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm and 5mm etc.

PVDF (KYNAR500): coating with the paints acknowledge by international famous painting companies.

3.Material: Aluminum alloy, the grade of aluminum alloy can be selected according to the actual requirements, such as LF21 and 3003H

4.Surface treatment: Powder coating or fluorine carbon coating for back, PVDF coating for the front sheet. Other special requirements will be fulfilled.

5.Applications:

Like aluminum curtain wall is used in the decoration of interior and external walls of buildings, luxury buildings, office building, hotel, conference hall, station, airport and high-rise residential building etc.   

6.Structure:

veneer panel, stiffener and hangs, if necessary, the back of the panel may fill in heat-insulation crag cotton, the hangs can be made by directly kneading the veneer panel, or install one extra on the veneer panel.
