 3NB1300C high chrome content liner

bi-metal liners are made of wear-resistant cast iron, and the surface hardness is  HRC60-65. specifications: out diameter from 90mm to 190 mmFeature : wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high surface finish.

Liner be putted in front of the cylinder and fixed with liner cage, cylinder cover plugged after installing. The sleeve of the liner has the maximum amount of chrome for the base metal, and is inserted into the forged steel hull at tightness. The bore hardness is 60 to 67 Rockwell C scales while the hull has high tensile strength of more than 800Mpa. The liner is rated to match the pressure rating of the pump per liner size with a life time more than 800 hrs..
