Roller bearing

Cylindrical roller bearings are commonly separable and easy to mount and dismount. They can be divided into single row, double row and muti-row cylindrical roller bearings. The widely used bearings are cylindrical roller bearings with cage. There are single or double row bearings with a full complement of roller and other bearing arrangements. Cylindrical roller bearings have high radial load carrying capacity and are also suitable for high speeds.

Tapered  roller  bearings are generally of separable design and have tapered cone and cup raceway between which tapered roller are arranged, their design makes tapered roller bearings particularly suitable for carrying combined (radial and axial ) load. Tapered roller bearings have single, double and four-rows. We manufacture both metric and inch size tapered roller bearings.

Thrust roller bearings are separable bearings, can only withstand axial load and a slight impact, to limit the shaft (or shell) of the axial displacement in one direction, it can be used as single-axis to the position. But its carrying capacity is far greater than the thrust ball bearings. Roller rolling, because the roller ends of lines at different speeds, the roller raceway in the ring sliding inevitably arise, so such bearing speed limit lower than the thrust ball bearings, usually only for low speed applications. Standard design thrust cylindrical roller bearings with machined metal solid cage, according to user requirements, but also can be other types or material cage. Thrust tapered roller bearings can withstand axial load, one-way bearing to limit axial displacement, it can be used as a one-way axial positioning. And thrust cylindrical roller bearings, bearing capacity, sliding a small, but a lower speed limit. Thrust roller bearings are mainly used for heavy-duty machine tools, power marine gear boxes, oil rig, electrical and other machinery in the vertical.

Spherical roller bearings are principally provided with two rows of symmetrical spherical rollers and a common sphere raceway in out ring, the two inner ring raceways are included at an angle to the bearing axial. The bearings have good self-aligning ability and can operate when the shaft deflection under load or the shaft deflection under load or the shaft misaligningment in mounting, and their permissible aligning angle is 1 to 2.5 degree. This type of bearings has heavy load carrying capacity and anti-impact ability, in addition to radial loads, they also can carry axial loads in two directions. In general, this type of bearings permit a low limiting speed.
