Anti-static Brightener FS-2018 is mainly used in the treatment of sheep shearing, leather and fine wool products, to make the wool and fur products looks more fluffy, slippery, brighter, tougher, anti-static.

2. Physical Index:

1. Appearance: white viscous emulsion

2. PH:  6-7

3. Solubility: Easily soluble in (40±2°C) water as any ratio.

3. Performance:

If the furs have been treated with the product, it will be brighter. Besides, the static will be eliminated; the feel of guard hair will be improved, preventing the fur bonding, and with the effect of mercerizing.

4. Usage:

1. Using it in dyeing and bleaching solution or after dye bath, which will significantly improve the hand feel.

2. When dyeing and bleaching the furs with dense, fine hair and hard guard hair, the product will effectively prevent furs bonding after using it. Besides, the hand feel of guard hair will be significantly improved.

3. Using it in rolling drum with sawdust for various furs, which will not only make the fur plate smooth and without static, but also soft and improving the fullness.

4. Using it in scalding procedure, which will make the furs bright, loose, without static and shiny.

5. Reference technology:

1. dyeing, bleaching solution: 1-2g/L

2. scalding solution: 40-80mg/L

3. rolling drum with sawdust: 60-80kg sawdust, 1-1.5L (adding sawdust after dissolving it with 40°C solution)

6. Packing and storage:

1. Packing in 50kg or 200kg plastic drum

2. Storage temperature≥5°C 

3. The storage time is usually one year, please use it as soon as possible after unsealing to prevent deterioration because of intaking impurities.
