Function

YZQ-70C Type Cylinder Pressure Gauge test kit is used to measure the maximum pressure caused by compression stroke in a cylinder of any gasoline engine.

It can be applied at a ambient air temperature between -40°C~+60°C and relative humidity of not less than 90%.

Principle and structure

YZQ-70C Type Cylinder Pressure Gauge test kit consists of a pressure gauge, connection hoses and multifunctional adapters, while the pressure gauge is composed of adapter, bourdon tube, panel and indicating needle. When the test kit is applied, the compressed gas in the cylinder flows into the pressure gauge through various adapters and leather choke plug to displace the bourdon tube, and then the bourdon tube drives the indicating needle to indicate the reading of pressure through gear transmission.

The test kit is equipped with seven connection hoses which are exchangeable to measure the cylinder pressure of a gasoline engine of different position and size.

Maintenance

  1, In order to prolong the service life of the test kit, its working pressure can’t exceed 3/4 of the upper limit of its measuring range.

  2, Collision and pressing shall be strictly prevented during its transportation and installation.

  3. The test kit shall be stored in a dry and ventilated room to prevent from being affected with damp.

  4. If the test kit doesn’t work properly due to its manufacturing quality within a half year since it is sold, Our Company will be responsible for repairing the test kit on condition that its user obeys the rules of maintenance.
