1. Alert function:
Gives an alert for the following circumstances: low pressure, high pressure, high temperature,
pressure leakage, and no signal.
2.The TPMS is a safety device:
It intendsto monitor the tire pressure and tire temperature of conventional automobiles. Its
purpose is to remind or warn the user regarding anomalies of the tires as specified in the user’s
manual, but does not ensure the pristine state of tires by itself. The user should consult the
requirements of the user’s manual of the vehicle when checking for the following conditions: safety
margin and depth of tire treads, punctures or lacerations on the tires, skewed wearing on tires, torn
or exposed treads, abnormal wear and tear, and other damages. The physical condition of tires that
may constitute to a fatal blowout does not fall within the operational parameters of the TPMS. The TPMS
could only detect and alert the user to the possibility and danger of tire blowout conditions, but by itself
could do nothing else to prevent ormitigate accidents. (Please read the foreword and production
introduction of this manual to better understand the features of the product)
3.Features Guideline
1. Indication of alert tones
No. | Alert State | Alert Parameter |
01 | High Pressure | Tire pressure above 15% of set standard |
02 | Tire Leak | Pressure drop of 0.3Bar within 60seconds |
03 | Low Pressure | Tire pressure below 15% of set standard |
04 | High Temperature | Tire temperature above 70°C |
05 | No Signal / Signal Loss | No data signal from a transmitter in 20minutes |
4. Installation of the base receiver unit
The base receiver unit can be mounted on the dashboard via double-sided adhesive tapes. The
placement and location should be within ease of driver’s visibility but not cause visual obstruction.
