Alternator: Engga
Engga rotor incorporated copper wires are of rectangular type.
The special copper wires are protected by 3 insulation layers.
Engga stator coil are constructed with triple layer of insulation.
Each spool of copper coil are wrapped with fiberglass, and then glass tape without alkali.
Control Panel: BR641CC
BR641CC is a new generation Automatic Mains Failure module for single Genset, which adopts bran-new outline configuration, focus on the requirements of customers, and perfectly improves the performance of controller. It fully meets the auto control requirements of different kinds of Genset for user or special assembly.
ATS System
For emergency power usage in building, auto transfer switch (ATS) is essential. ATS can automatically transfer load from mains power supply to emergency power. In normal, when the mains power supply fails or the voltage drops less than 80% of normal voltage, ATS will automatically start emergency generator set after a preset time of 0-10 seconds. Once the generator reaches at rated speed, the ATS will transfer the load to emergency generator sets automatically.
