Wooden fire door

Door frame: made of imported high-density Meranti wood, it becomes steady, in deformable and high bearing capacity. When the wood arrives, it will kiln and fireproof treated. As it is made of a whole piece wood, it is steadier than any others.

Door leaf: it is composed of fir, perlite, 5mm fire resistant board and laminated load The filling perlite will be pressed by machines with Magnesium oxide and fireproof glue. So the adhesive between fir structure and perlite is steady without any aperture. All fir will be degreased and kiln dried by Vacuum degreasing fire kiln oven. So the fireproof liquid will be full of the wood including wood core. The outside laminated board will decorate the door more beautiful and diversified.

Architrave: made of MDF and veneer, so that it is not easy to distorted.
