1. Sultana raisin.
Chinese Sultanas are processed from sound grapes by selected growers. All Sultanas are properly stemmed, capstemmed, color sorted, washed, size-sorted, hand picked & selected, edible oil added (or no added), packed into the strong carton.

2. Green Rasins.
Green raisin is processed from good clean grapes processed by selected growers.
Green Raisins are dried of hanging. All green raisins are properly stemmed, capstemmed, man picked & selected, metal detected.

Colour: Natural green raisin mixed with max 5% natural yellow raisin.

--95% green, 90% green, 80% green, 70%green.
Flavor: Natural sweet fruity with no odours or taints.
