They are manufactured with very small, high quality synthetic diamonds mixed evenly through a metal matrix. FLYDISC core bits are manufactured to give optimum penetration rates and bit life, which is required to keep the cost of diamond drilling to a minimum.

 Application: diamond drill bit drill soft to hard rock, widely used in the drilling or geological exploration water conservancy and power engineering hydrological exploration and building construction etc. They can as well be used in fitting-up house, and installing heating or gas pipe for drilling holes in reinforced concrete.
