XZ260 Horizontal directional drill—260kN thrusting and back pulling force

XZ260 Horizontal directional drill is mainly used for laying and replacing various underground pipelines (pipeline, cables and so on) under no digging the ground surface, it is widely used for crossing the highway, railway, buildings, rivers, city streets, cultural relics reservation, crop and vegetation protection area and other not easy digging places to laying the pipelines for the water supplying, the electric power, and telecommunication, natural gas, petroleum. Different style drilling bit plates and back reamer can be selected for different stratums and different pipelines laid diameters.

It has compact structure, strong torque, powerful thrusting and pulling strength, fast construction speed, high precision, good security, general cost low. It has very good economical efficiency and social efficiency. It is green environmental protection project.

Application: clay, sand, pebble and others geological condition. Working environment temperature: -10°C~+45°C.

The strong power: Adopting dongfeng Cummins 6BT5.9-C180 turbo intercooler engine, the max. Rotary speed is 2200rpm, and rated power is 132kw, it can supply 260Kn thrusting and back pulling strength and 9000N.M torque, single time laying length can be 300m long. Low noise, low emission, guarantee the drill can work in any complicated geological condition and finish the pipe laying work.

Big flow Mud: The mud tank capacity is big. Onboard mud pump let the drill to supply enough mud flow during thrusting, pulling, and steering.

High speed power head: adopting series parallel oil supplying style. High speed drilling function can be performed during the drill pipe assembling and disassembling for the power head main shaft thrusting and back pulling, which greatly improves the working efficiency. The power head rotary speed is high. The hole making efficiency and pipe laying work efficiency is high.

Strong drill pipe clamp: adopts strong drill pipe clamp under drill pipe disassembling,  large break out torque, clamp is fast and reliable, easy maintenance.

Rubber crawler travel: rubber crawler travel will do less impact to the footpath, road, lawn and landscape

Large-angle drill frame: front hinge joint and rear oil tank design, adjusting angle is big, convenient and efficient.

Double speed power heads: low speed in drilling in and pulling back work to guarantee the fluent construction. And under joining and uninstalling the drilling stem and go and back with no loading ,the power head will speed up sliding to reduce the time and improve the working efficiency.

Strong floating clamp: adopts floating clamp, which can efficiently prolong the using life of drilling stem.

Rotary operating platform: widen hand and view width, reducing the tiredness of the operators.

Easy operation: The power head rotating, thrusting and pulling are independently operated, easy and smart operation.

Reasonable System matching: The power head rotating, thrusting and pulling and mud pump are all driven by different hydraulic pumps, no influence to each other.
