All the holes are drilled automatically. Only input the dimensions of workpiece into
computer once and it can be selected repeatedly afterwards. It is unnecessary to write
complicated processing program by the operator. You can send the CAD file to the
host computer and it can fullfill the direct transform of CAD/CAM and create the
manufacture process automatically
2. Workpieces are clamped tightly on the table by hydraulic clamps. By the
positioning side of clamps, workpieces are connected with CNC coordinates reference
point. Stroke self-controlled drilling unit can make the drill approach workpiece
rapidly. When the drill touches the workpiece, it changes immediately the feeding
speed to preset workingspeed automatically to drill.After the hole is drilled through,
the drill returns automatically and rapidly. The drills can be changed rapidly by the
fast tool-changing chuck in case of that many holes of different diameters need to be
drilled on one workpiece.
3. The swarf produced during the drilling process can fall on the chains of the swarf
conveyor through worktable and inclined planes of the frame. Two rows of chains of
swarf conveyor can lift swarf out of machine and dump them into the dumpcart. The
dumpcart has four wheels and it can overturn so the swarf can be removed out
conveniently. The coolant can flow into the tank which is located under the swarf
conveyor, and then is pumped to the nozzles by the cooling pump.

4.Functions of hydraulic unit:
a. To clamp and release the workpiece. Keep enough clamping force during drilling
process.
b. To drive the feeding of drilling spindle. To fulfill the rapid access to workpiece,
slow drilling feeding and rapid returning.
c. To lock the gantry. This can improve the positioning and dimension precisions
for drilling.
