The main characteristic of drill pipe

1. The drill pipe joints have been processing  with  high precision CNC lathe, ensure the thread connections of close;

2. Special heat treatment process, ensure thread connection has enough strength and wear resistance;

3. Drill rod body and joint have been adopted  friction welding processes, garnish with intermediate frequency tempering remove the welding stress, ensure welding strength and drill pipe of the finished product line degree;

4. Drill rod body and joint have been adopted  high quality materials, ensure the normal construction in harsh conditions.
