The seal shroud incorporated from RPL design improves sealing characteristics while ensuring that retaining seals are securely in place and preventing damage from road debris. Corrosion-resistant seal guard protects and secures the advanced slip seal – providing increased durability over booted designs. The robust, easy-service U-joint retention system eliminates spinning cups. The MXL is compatible with industry-standard yokes for improved parts availability and flexibility for aftermarket conversion.  

This is all backed by our three-year, 350,000-mile linehaul warranty and 100,000-mile lubrication intervals for linehaul applications – leading to reduced maintenance costs and downtime, and improved reliability for your fleet.  

Our RPL Driveline offers a bearing package with large diameter, precision-tolerance needle bearing for optimum bearing alignment and maximized performance. The RPL is permanently lubricated with our specially formulated wear- and temperature-resistant grease. Steel straps ensure bearing cups are located to precise dimensions. Two piece U-joint thrust washer prevents bearing end galling and absorbs loads for minimized wear and extended lifecycle. And the driveline is retained with four patch lock bolts for simplified installation and ease of service.
