Series hot air circle oven is equipped with low noise axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system. The circle system is fully seated. It makes the hot effeciency increased to 70%.The successful design of circle oven make the hot air circle oven catch up the advanced level both at home and abroad .It makes save plenty of energy cource  and incteace profit of enter prise .

 Applications

This drying oven is suitable for the material and for the material and for the product
hot solidification and drying de-watering in the pharmaceutical,chemical,food,farming,
side-product,aquatic product,light industries,heavy industry and other industries.Such
as:raw material medicine,crude drug,prepared herbal medicine of Chinese traditional medicine,plaster,powder,particle,drinking agent,pill,packing bottle,pigment,dyestuff,
de-watering vegetable,dried fruit piece,sauasge,plastics,resin,electric component,
baking varnish and etc.

Explanation

The machine can be made fro A3 steel,stainless steel,or aluminium alloy. For the heaationg source,thee are two kinds:the steam,and the electrical ou far inarared stem for our users to choose. If the electrical heating and type one,the calculation is 15kw,and the practical use is 5-8 kw/h. The temperatures to be used:steam heationg
50-130°C,Max.150°C. The operation temperature is more than 140°C or less than 60°C should be indicated at the time of order
The moisture while using the electrical or temperatures:50-300°C. The special requirements should be indicated at the time of order. The automatic control system or the computer control system is selectable. Cinninoly rsed steam pressure 0.2-0.8MPa(2-8kg/cm 2 )
