Performace:

Lids with glue will be automatically feeded into the tube of oven by conveyer belt, this way keep conveying speed and temperature complementary then guarranteeing better stoving and vulcanizing, after this procedure, the lids will be conveyed to the cooling tube to cool rapidly.

 

In order to make hot lids can quickly cooled down, there is a cooling tunnel at the end of the machine, the air cooling is made by a # 6 ventilator machine.

 

In order to reduce the loss of temperature,  walls of oven have good insulating layer, and there are 8 doors at the import and export of both ends. When  drying, the door is opened by lids moving. If you can`t find the door flexible, you can add some lubricating grease on the axle.
