1. Rotary dryer is mainly to dry some powder and big output biomass materials with high humidity, such as sawdust, straw, stalk etc.
2. Rotary dryer drum RPM can be controlled quickly or slowly to control drying time.
3. Rotary dryer has three drying layers inside, high, middle and low temperature drying process. After dryer, materials temperature will down to about 50 centigrade.
4. There is wind blowing adjustor between biomass stove and dryer, which can adjust wind temperature when transport hot air to dryer drum.
5. It mainly applied to drying process of all kinds of powder raw material .It can be widely used in the fuel factory, fertilizer factory, chemical factory, medicine factory and so on.
The series machine reduce the water content through the hot air from the stove, make the big moisture decrease the low moisture, until the materials can be further used.
