CNG high-pressure dehydration unit is designed to direct towards first compression then dewatering process, is especially used for deep dehydration of natural gas in CNG gas filling station, to ensure the gas system and the sale of gas system do not produce  ice block” phenomenon, to provide water dew point under -55°C(atmospheric pressure) natural gas for the fuel of vehicle, Therefore, natural gas dehydration unit is an essential device for CNG filling stations.

Descriptions of features and performance of equipment


1. Equipment imported the advanced technology from Italy and the United States, novel structure, easy operation, maintenance-free after commissioning. Using the 2 to 4 tower structure for the same equipment, single-stage adsorption, can handle high water content and large flows of feed gas, big quantity of adsorption, long cycle of adsorption, low depth of dehydration, can be operate continuously, continuous output of normal atmospheric dew point lower than -60°C purity, dry gas . Eliminate duplication investment of purchase multiple equipment. 

 

2. The unique closed-loop recycling technology, built-in electric furnace, gas through the heater, flow of gas is slow, heating time is long, with high heating efficiency, heat evenly, small heat loss, to ensure full utilization of energy and greatly reduce the electric power and renewable energy, heater power is accompanied about 60% of other manufacturers. Electric furnace with constant temperature design, the entire regeneration process control at a constant heating temperature range, avoid the damage and loss of power of the electric furnace itself by frequent starting and stopping, effectively reducing the operating costs, extend equipment’s service life.

 

3. Vessel shell design, manufacture, testing, acceptance according to GB150 <Steel pressure vessels>, and the State Quality and Technical Supervision issued by the <Pressure Vessel Safety Technology supervision order>. Provide a full set of the required documentation of pressure vessels.

 

4. Original container and furnace design, ensuring smooth gas flow, bed stability, and elimination of damage to the container due to heating or cooling; absorption tower using 16 MnR material, resistant to fatigue, to run at low pressure, the container services for a more longer time.

 

5. Drying tower configured a filter can effectively remove the particulate component of natural gas , outlet with a fine filter, to prevent secondary pollution caused by adsorbent off, reducing the duplication process pipeline, reducing the pressure drop of equipment, saving the user’s investment cost.

 

6.This device is equipped with special cabinet, can accurately control the temperature when regenerating the device process, and in accordance with set procedures for movement control regeneration system; control panel set regenerate manual and automatic mode, and manually comes priority. When the regeneration is cycling, it can start or stop the heater, cooler at any time according to actual needs. Control procedures into the work order and interlocking relationships, to avoid human errors caused the losses. Based on the cooling fan, it has set up and down line running between temperature, to ensure the regeneration system does not over-temperature, regenerative heat exchanger does not ice block in winter, and the dew point temperature and dry gas can be observed.

 

7. For control system, except drying tower, switchover of regeneration tower need manual valve, all other actions will be automatically by the device. When the work tower is adsorbing, output dry gas; when regeneration tower is adsorbing, use a control valve to control the heating temperature of heater, when the regeneration has been finished, heater will automatically stop heating, start doing cold blow, when the temperature inside of the tower blow to the set temperature, the control cabinet will automatically stop all running power system, complete regeneration; all the control parameter can be remodify on controller, flexible and easy.

 

8. On drying tower device has set pressure gauge, temperature meter, visual display of work pressure and regeneration temperature and other working conditions; drying tower absorption tower has set discharge port with dedicated loading, easy replacement of filling.

 

9. Drying tower covered with high efficient insulation coating, good effect of insulation, beautiful looking.

 

10. Electric heating elements are using stainless steel material, thermal conductivity of large area, heating pipe with long service life,ensured that it’s working life will not less than 3 years.

 

11.Cooler adopts air-cooled efficient plate heat exchanger, it is 2500~4000 M2/M3 higher than surface area. Compared with the same heat transfer area of the tube-fin heat exchanger, the volume was reduced 1.3 times, weight has reduced of more than 1 time.  

 

12. Power generation location of device is reasonable, focus on external connection, produced according DIIBT4 explosion levels.

 

13.Galvanized pipe through the paint treatment, outdoor installation, long-term use does not fade.
