It is adapted fro drying, cooling and humidifying powdery, granular materials in every industry, such as chemical industry, pharmacy, foodstuff, drinking, seed, mineral and so on; as well as for dying, cooling and humidifying at the same time.

Features:
1. The vibration is created by motor. It is stable in operation and convenient in maintenance, with low noise and long life.
2. The fluidized state is stable and no dead angle and phenomenon of being broken out. 3. It is good in adjustment and wide in application.
4. There is little damage to the surface of raw materials. The equipment can be used for drying raw materials that are easily broken. The drying effect will not be affected even if raw materials are anomalous shaped.
5. It can efficiently prevent the cross pollution between raw material and air because the equipment adapts fully closed structure. The environment of operation is clean.
6. Raw material is heated evenly and heat exchange is fully and dry capacity is high. Compared with ordinary dryer, the energy can be saved about 30%.

Remark:
    The matched system in the table combines drying and cooling. It dries material at first and then cools. The feeding mode may be cold-air feeding or hot-air feeding on demand to reach the objective of cooling or drying material.
