vacuum pressures:airlock chamber : up to 0.05 Torr(0.067 mbar0; glove box; up to 0.5Torr(0.67 mbar)

note : the glove box is not designed for ultra-high vacuum,Stainless steel case may deform at higher vacuum

positive pressure : max 1.1 atm(note:gloves can not work if pressure is higher than 1.1atm(810 torrs)

insert gases pressure maintain : >12hours
