curing furnace works by the inert atmosphere forcing the hot air ciuculation. The heating circulation fan circulates the hot air into the furnace. The heat sources from the hot air in centralized heat-supplying system. And the furnace is strengthened on the effects of preventing heat and high solvent content gas spilling over by using high temperature resistant fan and plug-in boards buckle sealing structure on the furnace. The innner plate is made of  stainless steel, and matched with aluminum silicate cotton blanket of thickness 150mm. The outside plate is made of  the standard rock wool heat insulating blockboards. The heat insulation is much effective by using high temperature resistant rock cotton and aluminum silicate plate fixed inside the furnace .Along the furnace length direction in the furnace are installed the air sending pipes above and below. The adjustable knife type air distributors on the air sending pipes make hot air blow stably onto the plate surface after rolling coating, which keeps the heat on the plate well-distributed. And the air supply outlets are all equipped with proportion valves to adjust the inside temperature according to requirements.
