 A.The relocatable suspension of the rear door: The relocatable suspension part is suitable for connection and open of the rear door and the truck. The main features are as following:

  a.To carry on the second rotation so as to protect the rear door of the truck: When the accumulation of the goods is higher, the truck can be rotated around the second axle so as to the open angle of the rear door can be enlarged. The maximum turning angle can reach to 270°. When the large volumes of the coal, gravel or other items are loaded, the truck and the rear door can be protected from the deformation.

  b.The anti-channeling device on the suspending part can make the traffic noises when it is moving. The device can restrict the rear door of the carriage up and down after the close of the door

  c.The carriage is with the beautiful appearance and wide range of the application: With the slightly variations, the truck can be used for side carriage. And the height of the carriage can be added. The lifting holes on the suspension device will be convenient to lift the carriage

 B.Subframe flaring: The wider base, unilateral binocular connection and three-legged support are adopted to ensure the maximum stability of the trunk. The uneven road and the uneven loading of the goods are the external reason of the truck’s rollover. When the trunk is lifted, due to the lack of the stiffness, the trunk will offset from the chassis. It is the most important internal factors. The wider tail design eliminates the swing pheromone completely.   

C.The dump trucks which are unloaded by the hydro-cylinder located in the front of the trunk adopts the design of the sub-frame with lower-gravity: The stringer height of the chassis frame and the carriage frame is 305mm which is lower 60 to 135 mm than the prestigious enterprises of the modifying vehicles. The advantages of the lower-gravity structure are as follows:

a.The stability has been improved significantly.

b.The driving security improves: When the vehicles drive at the corners, uphill or downhill, the central gravity shifts small. Therefore, the possibility of the rollover and the slippage lowers as well.

c.The lifting safety improves: Because of the lower gravity of the dump truck, the starting point of the lifting height is lower. Therefore, when the carriage is with the same lifting height, the probability of rollover is reduced. 

D.The carriage bottom has four stringers: Apart from the traditional stringer on the carriage bottom, another two sub-frames are added, which improves the intensity of the trunk significantly and the rigidity of the bottom. The dump trucks produced by our company with the hydraulic cylinder located in the front of the carriage employs the four stringers.
