1,Our newly-developed patented product, ZXLMC Modular Flat bag dust collector, has many advantages as following:

 1. The efficiency of this kind of filter can reach to 99.99%.

 2. This kind of dust collector adopts modular box structure, so it is easy to transport, fix and overhaul. At the same time, small occupation area, light weight and low height make it easy to be fixed in or outside the room.    

3. Our dust collector uses flat bag and pulse-jet cleaning technology, whose bags are inserted from one side. Its bags can be replaced out of the body, and the replacement is not confined by the space of the room and the working condition of the machine.

4. The special bag-cage design technology guarantees the fixation and seal between the bags and the holding plates. At the same time, this kind of design also makes the bags easy to load and unload. The venturi tube with unique strip diversion increases the volume of gas effectively, improve the cleaning effectiveness and reduce the resistance of the device.  

5. All of its parts are manufactured by die stamping forming, with high precision size to ensure the seal of the equipment. The air leakage is less than 1.5%. Our pulse valve is imported from abroad, and it can be used more than 1.2 million times.  

6. The advantaged downward airflow and peak-type gas separation device help the dust to down, and it also prolongs the bags' life.
