1.Summary
There are various ways to get rid of the dust which are suitable for the disposal of various dust.
(such as internal mixer’s black and casting dust; and shot blasting dust) prepared with different technology parameter.
2.Working principle
The Dust Collector is of automatic reverse pulse control type with filter cartridges.
The dust particles generated in the system are collected in a number of filter cartridges in a dust collector. Clean air is exhausted through an exhaust fan. The debris and dust like contaminants that passes by the separator are trapped in the dust collector filter cartridge. The dust is collected in a pyramidal hopper slide slope into the disposal drum.
3.Structure:Filter Cartridge, Blower, Ducting, Motor, Cyclone Separator.
4.The assorted environmental protection dust collector includes cyclone dust collector,bag filter and cartridge filter,which can filter the dust after the equipment cleaned,and make the dust abatement effect reach over 99%.It will never pollute the air.
