Product introduction:

This product is a cationic polymers containing quaternary ammonium salts, which appearance is colorless to light yellow viscose liquid, freezing point:-2.8 °C , specific weight:1.04 g/cm3, resolve temperature 280—300°C. It can be used as leather wet processing agent, form complex with all kinds of anion dyestuff and combine the leather fabric to brighten the chrome tanned leather. It also can improve the waterlogging tolerance of the dyestuff, especially wash ability and perspiration.

USE:

This product is used in wet process of tannery as leather chemicals. It is stable in the solutions of formic acid, acetic acid and ammonia. Its function can be strengthened when it is in acid solution,which improves brighten and 

colorfixing effect. Besides, its flocculation settling in treating dyes wastewater can greatly reduce the residual dye in the wastewater and decrease the tannery’s burden in wastewater treatment to protect environment.

Please first have a small test to confirm the correct method and dosage.

Reference method and dose: Normally, before dyeing, increase 0.5-1.0%, pH of staining solution should be 3-6. Increase appropriately and process color-fixing and oil-fixing When it is combined with the formic acid before finishing Fatliquor and color-fixing.
