1 System overview
XK-DJZJW2 type assembling, maintenance and correction of motor training equipment applies to the professional course ‘Motor manufacturing engineering’, ‘Motor maintenance’, ‘motor testing’ of ‘Electricity and electronics’, ‘Mechatronics’, ‘Automation’ and relevant electrical major. It can also work as the grade examining and appraisal of primary, intermediate and advanced maintenance electrician. It can carry out test on dismantling, rewinding, maintenance and assembling of: single-phase transformer, single-phase capacitor operation asyn. motor, three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motor and separated excitation DC motor. In addition, it can conduct insulation resistance measurement, winding DC resistance measurement, test of power frequency withstand voltage of winding, etc. This equipment equipping with single-phase and three-phase integrated electric parameters measurement instrument so that they can master lining and debugging of all kinds of instruments can train the students the skills of motor dismantling, rewinding, assembling and maintenance.
