XK-QZJN1 bridge crane virtual simulation practice and appraisal system

 

 

1     System overview

XK-QZJN1 type bridge crane virtual simulation practice and examine system is made on the basis of line simulation design of 20/5T bridge crane electric control. It uses true cab and operation floor as the simulating operation trainer of bridge crane and makes the trainee feeling like operating at true crane when he operates at the trainer operating floor. So that they can get similar experiences as true machine working at this environment.

Simulation cab is true cab, including a set of whole operation floor, with all kinds of operating grips, buttons, instruments, indicters, stereo and pilot set, etc. In the cab, you can see visual images and operating situation playing on the screen putting in by high-performance projector, and also you can get all kinds of locale-sound as practical working from the audio system. This system uses true control room for controlling bridge crane in the microcomputer. The bridge crane simulator being made of high technology centering on computer simulation and computer 3D (three-dimensional) imaging can simulate the running environment and operating effect of bridge crane. It also equips with true circuit, cam controller and master controller. It also sets 15 reference fault points for fault checking.

Comparing to real machine, the simulating operation trainer has higher cost performance and is very convenient. It can conveniently simulate the emergency incident seldom happening in practical training. So it can train trainee to form exact judgment and good psychological diathesis and to have the ability to dispose emergency. We can get that simulation-training has non-fungible advantage comparing to real training. Of course simulation-training can’t completely instead of practical operation-training. But after the simulating operation-training, the trainee has certain operation experience and skill, and they can fast master practical operating skill when they practice real crane in the construction plant.

5)   Teachers can record students’ operation status at real time through teacher-control platform. They can also change the setting of environment, adjust the content and difficulty of training at any time, and they can freeze-frame the scene for real-time comment on and appraise when necessary.

6)   Teachers can record students’ operation status of virtual crane at any time through teacher-control platform and can replay so as to comment on and appraise to improve students’ operating skills.

8)   Electrical section and computer is interactive. Meanwhile software equipped with a specialized electrical module interacts with hardware so that we can not only observe running condition from hardware, but also observe changes of circuit from displayer when we open electrical fault system to operate cam controller.
