EL SHEET INTRODUCTION
EL is a technology of Electroluminscent, it is a rapid developing combination technology of microelectronics,phoelectron and chemistry.
EL sheet characteristics
1. Super thin ,even mild brightness and stable emitting. The min thickness 0.15mm. Can be full area lighting as backlight, also able to be vivid animations for advertisement. .
2. Excellent flexibility. Due to its small thickness,the sheet can be shaped into column,cylinder or or oval-shaped
3. Energy saving. Its mild lighting is suitable for public places and indoor application, excellent energy saving
4. Long life, free maintenance ,continuous light emitting life is 8000 hours. Normally there is no need any maintenance before the advertisement expiry.
EL working method
Electroluminscent(EL) is formed of two flat electrodes. Upper electrode is transparent conductive film(ITO film),which the lighting is emitted from this side. The bottom electrode is silver or carbon. Between the electrodes is light emitting layer and activating layer.Once the power get through, the ZNS is charged and starts transition. Each transition, the articles give out light. The brightness can be adjusted by power voltage and frequency,normally higher power and frequency achieves higher brightness.
