Cautions:
1)tatic Electricity: You need to take the protective measures for the product being sensitive to static
electricity. It can lead to product damage or even the total invalid When the high voltage current made by static electricity is beyond the maximum rating. The ground resistance can’t beyond 10Ω.By using anti-static-electricity bracelets/ cushions/ overalls/ shoes/gloves and anti-static-electricity containers, it can effectively prevent static electricity and surge.The soldering iron point should be properly grounded.
2)soldering:a, Use soldering by hand:Recommend using soldering iron which power is less than 20W and temperature is not higher than 300 °C. Soldering time is not more than three seconds each time.b, Reflow soldering: (a),Recommend setting according to the temperature curve of the right picture.(b),After the soldering, the product temperature will drop to the room temperature, careful processing of products is necessary.
3)Cleaning:After the soldering, the cleaning need to made according to the following conditionsa,Cleaning agent:Isopropanol or industrial alcohol (>95 °).b, Temperture limite: When the cleaning time is in the 30 seconds , the temperature can’t higher than 50°C , if it is in the 3 minutes, the temperature can’t higher than 30°C.c,Ultrasonic cleaning: MAX 300W4)Others.a. The storage environment humidity should less than 50% and the temperature should be constant, which will lead to avoid the temperature changes not more than 20°C.
