PTC heater, self-controlling, no problem without water, high power density, high efficiency, easy to assemble, long lasting life

PTC as a heating element, it fits for high safety, slap-up product.
For getting higher power, let water flowing or convection, ensure compact assembling, and using high heat-conducting materials such as copper or aluminum. The higher is the temperature of water, the lower is the power.
Using higher switch temperature PTC can get higher power, 220~270switch temperature PTC is selected usually. But if select too high switch temperature, the reliable will reduce.
Power is almost same to increase the voltage twice or decrease of 1/2, for the same PTC heater.

Notice:
1) The length could be selected by customer between some range, larger power could be reached with longer tube.
2) The fixing connectted screw, could be consist of brass or aluminum. Diameter of screw could be selected by customer.
3) The surface temperature without water, could be between 80~260, the higher is this temperature, the larger is the power.
4) The stable temperature of water could be affectted by the power of PTC, cubage of water, the shape and material of container, heating dispersion, vaporation of water.
