AAC: ALL ALUMINUM STRANDED CONDUCTORS

1. Brief introduction

 The stranded conductor consists of hard drawn aluminum wires stranded in successive layers in opposite direction and the outer layer is right hand direction.

2. Standard 

As per DIN48201, BS215, IEC61089, ASTM-B231, CSA C49.

3. Application 

All aluminum stranded wires are used for overhead power transmission lines and distribution system, and it is one of the main products to form electrified wire network.

4. Model

Model of the hard drawn aluminum stranded wires are LJ in Chinese (also called AAC in English).

5. Specification

The nominal cross section areas represent specifications.

6. Construction

The structure characteristics, weight and manufacturing length should correspond with the regulations listed in table 2.
