Propeller type hydro turbine

It is used for medium or low head ranging from 3-50 meters, can divided to two kinds, fixed blade (ZD) and movable blade (ZZ).

Characteristics of Propeller type unit:

The axial flow turbines are available for hydraulic power resources of medium and lowe heads.

Shaoyang Hengyuan manufactures both the Propeller type (fixed blad tyoe) and the Kaplan/Axial-flow type (Movable blade type) turbines.  

The propeller type turbines are suitable for hydropower stations with small and medium capacities and heads, and relatively stable loads. 

The Kaplan turbines are suitable for hydropower stations with medium or large capacities and heads, and relatively unstable loads.

Our factory occupies 80000 square meters of land, which includes 30000 square meters workshop area, over 500 sets of heavy, precision and advanced producing and testing machinery.  We have 500 staffs, in which there are more than 100 professional technical personnel, including 12 Senior engineers, 38 engineers, 5 high-class technicians and 26 technicians.  

With these equipments and staffs the Company can produce 200MW hydro-power equipments per year and the main products include: 50KW—30000KW generators, hydraulic turbines (Kaplan/Axial flow, Tubular, Francis, Pelton, Inclined etc) . Till now the company has empoldered and produced more than 400 kinds of hydro-turbine and generator units, and more than 3000 sets are running at home and abroad.
