      · Designed new integrated passive modules for international-level customers, like  Cisco, Nortel, Alcatel, lucent, Fujitsu and Tellabs etc. The design work includes creating Optical drawings and optical BOMs, and providing proper evaluation of the optical specifications required by Customers.

                ·  Supported the testing and trouble-shooting activities for Custom Module NPI Line.

                ·  Developed a systematic approach for optical specification evaluation of passive integrated modules. This simulation approach could predict the yields at both channel and module levels. It also generated the recommended specification used in JDSU Internal PRS.

         ·  Have broad and in-detail knowledge on many passive components, like

fused coupler, WDM couplers, Switches, VOAs and PDs.
