DPS Series is the company to control the use of DSP technology designed and manufactured a low-cost all-digital closed loop DC servo drives. Including three Closed-loop regulator circuits ((position loop, speed loop and current loop). and can work in the position, velocity and torque mode: suitable for driving voltage below 50V power 200W DC servo motor..

 ii. Feature

Position control: optical isolator input and direction pulse (PULSE / DIR) or double-pulse (CW / CCW) signal

Speed Control: input 0V ~ +3.3 V analog voltage signal (Pos.ff done by the speed of input)

Torque Control: input 0V ~ +3.3 V analog voltage signal (Pos.ff done by the torque input)

Optical isolator servo reset input interface ERC

Optical isolator failure alarm output interface ALM

Current loop bandwidth: (-3dB) 2 KHz (typical value)

Speed loop bandwidth: 500Hz (typical value)

Position loop bandwidth: 200Hz (typical value)

Quadrature encoder of motor end input interface: differential input (26LS32) also can be accessed by single-ended.

Available RS232C interface, download the parameter though the PC or text panel.

Overcorrect I ² T, over voltage, under voltage, overheating, over speed, super-differential protection.

The green light indication run, the red light indication protection or offline.
