Instrument Enclosures Application

Introduction

1. Series CI-C Instrument Enclosures adapt to the desktop's application, can be used to set up varieties of user-defined equipment, such as electrical equipment case, testing equipment case, communication, and computer system.

2. Casted front frame designed; reliable and robust design.

3. Excellent stability: suitable to desktop's or portable application.

4. Extruded aluminum side plate; conductive and oxidation process on surface; groove on the side be used as tackle of portable handle.

5. Easy to install; flexible; symmetrical designed to ensure flexible and changeable; various size can be selected; 19'' standard and irregular printed board modules can be installed; well cost performance; perfect choice to set up instrument desktop.

Structural Components

1. Beam:(1) Aluminum alloy, anodized surface. (2) M4 threaded holes at both ends of the profiles to fix the panels. (3) Card slot can be fixed in section's hole of guide rails (the space between two holes is 5.08mm), modularized board can be mounted. (4) User can select standard 42T,63T,84T (Net width of case).

2. Side plate:(1) Aluminum alloy sections, anodized treatment on surface. (2) International standard of holes in sections; convenient for customers to adjust the distance between the board card and mother card; specification and advantage of standardization, modularization and serialization. (3) The two ends of sections have M4 thread hole which to fix casted front frame. (4)Length can be set as required.

3. Cover:(1) Case cover is made of aluminum board (material is available as required). (2) Cover and side plate can be connected with the square nuts which inserted in side plate slot (Two choices as figure). (3) 2 group of air holes located on the front of bottom cover(user defined is available). Fix mode:big round pad (metal ting plus plastic washer); small round pad.

4. Case foot: (1) PC injection molding; matt painted on surface; 3 kind of foot are available (small standing legs, big standing legs, round legs). (2) Each case has two standing leg and a pair of round legs as accessory. (3) Load-carrying weight is about 25KG; big standing legs can be selected according to the weight. (4) Different foot is available as required. (5) Circular sucker can carry more, sucker can prevent the case from slipping.

6. Connection scheme of standard board and guide rail: (1) Two forms:plastic and aluminum. (2) Plastic rail has two kinds of length:140mm and 210mm; the length of aluminum guide rail is free. (3) Plastic guide rail is made by PC injection molding.

7. Connection between the base cover and left&right side plate: (1) 1.5 or 2.0mm aluminum board. (2) 2 kind of assemble methods. (3) Plate board fixed on front&rear beam. (3) U shape plate fixed on left and right side plate.

8.Handle assembly: (1) Carrying handle is made of aluminum alloy; black paint sprayed on surface (rubber sleeve). (2) Casted handle, silver gray paint sprayed on surface. (3) Handle of C2 is paint sprayed on aluminum sections ; width of handle is freely selected; Handle of C3 is aluminum sections plus soft rubber sleeve; width of handle is freely selected.

Special Instructions

1. The panel is made of 2.5mm aluminum board or sections; different sizes can be selected; multi-choice conformed to shielded or non shielded standard.

3. Optional accessories: pull-aid panel, handle, screw and moudle box.

4. Total depths (D) can be freely customized.

5. Color schemes: green, medium grey, sapphire blue, light grey,(cover), silver grey (metal color).
