  The machine, a high efficiency and high precision CNC pipe threading lathe for machining the threads on casing pipes and oil pipes for petroleum industry, is independently developed by our company as per the development requirement of industry. For rotation of the workpiece, both the front and rear chucks adopted are large-travel self-centering pneumatic chuck so that the clamping is reliable and rapid. The chucks adopt large-wrapping-angle chuck jaws, ensuring good clamping effect, high rigidity of the workpiece being clamped, small pipe deformation and high machining precision. It is available for the users to select automatic turning-over material device and loading & unloading device so that continuous and automatic machining of workpieces can be realized. The machine is heavy and with good integral rigidity. In general, the machine has the features including high rigidity, high precision and high efficiency.
