Instead of traditional materials, We developed MR497Q nylon plastic intake manifold used in automobile engine whose weight is lighter, cavity is more smooth, air resistance coefficient is smaller, energy consumption is fewer and safety factor is higher.

Injection→Welding→Vacuum→Hot embossing(press nut in)→Press the steel sleeve in after cooling down→Seal ring assembly→Airtight test→Final detection
